A LITTLE CLARITY
Questions? You’re in
the right place.
Get to know virtual care before you begin.
Do I need health insurance?+
No. You can pay for your consultation directly.
Can I have my visit in Spanish?+
You can choose Spanish-language care when appointments are available. Actual availability and eligibility must be confirmed in the connected booking system.
Can a provider prescribe medication?+
A clinician may consider a prescription when medically appropriate. Prescriptions, refills, medical notes, and referrals are not guaranteed.
Can I connect from anywhere?+
Care depends on your physical location during the visit, clinician licensing, and eligibility. Visits are limited to patients physically in California, subject to clinician licensing and eligibility.
What if I need in-person care?+
Your clinician may recommend an in-person evaluation or testing. Virtual care is not appropriate for every situation.
Is this an emergency service?+
No. For an emergency in the United States, call 911. Do not wait for a virtual appointment.
